Volunteer info

Play Pink relies heavily on volunteers. Without the support and help from people like you, we can not put on this wonderful event raising money for breast cancer patients at the DCH Health System. Here, at The DCH Foundation, we pride ourselves on creating a community of volunteers. A community that supports and encourages each other.

We invite you to join our community!


Why Volunteer?

Volunteers provide enthusiasm and support to help the event function efficiently. By volunteering, you are helping us to make a positive impact within our community. With the help of our volunteers, we are able to raise money to support breast cancer patients in the West Alabama Community. We are so grateful for all that are volunteers do!


What to expect?

Volunteers shifts are scheduled in 2-4 hour timeframes. We ask that volunteers arrive 20 mins before their shift to check-in. Once you arrive you will be briefed on your position responsibilities and will receive a complimentary event bag. Included in the bag is a t-shirt, food voucher, drinks, snacks, and other essential items you may need during your shift.


How do I Sign-up?

Click the button below and complete the volunteer registration process. The Special Events Manager for The DCH Foundation will contact all volunteers prior to the event. If you are with a group or organization that is interested in volunteering, please email kaylee.crenshaw@dchsystem.com – we’d love to have your group!
